Bruce Olds received his first training on boilers in the Navy during the Vietnam war. After the war he attended school and eventually went to work for a local air conditioning and heating business. He quickly decided that he would like to have his own business. So, in 1983, Mary and Bruce started a new business with lots of encouragement. They slowly grew their business through word of mouth. Today they have thousands of commercial and residential customers throughout the metro area.
They are members of the Better Business Bureau, Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, U.S. Chamber of Commerce and NBIA.
Mary runs the office and Bruce visits the customers. The four servicemen install and maintain furnaces and air conditioners throughout the Kansas City area.
There is nothing better than to hear Mary's voice on the phone on Saturday or Sunday morning when your air conditioner has gone out. Her response will always be "When would you like us to be there?".
